Also, Dayglow recently announced more dates for 2012. Seattle is not a stop, but Spokane Washington is on November 30th! The lack of a Seattle stop is interesting as the Seattle May 2012 Dayglow was reportedly the largest in the history of Dayglow with 10,000 in attendance. No word as to who the headliner will be for the Spokane show, I will add this information to the comments section below once it is released. Find more information about the 2012 tour here and RSVP on Facebook for the Spokane event here.
Back in January, I first broke the news that the legendary Skream & Benga would be stopping by Neumos Seattle in March. Since then, Alvin Risk has been added to the lineup! Be sure to check out Alvin’s latest monster track “Oh My!/Dirty Dancer” here, it’s a banger!
Tickets are still available as of 3/15/2012, but Kaos Theory states that they do expect a sellout. RSVP on Facebook here and purchase presale tickets online here or at the Neumos box office (Moe Bar). Huge props to Kaos Theory for bringing the “fathers of dubstep” to Seattle. See you at the show!
Check out the latest video from Tritonal featuring Resolution 2012 Seatttle! See yourself?
Check out this video from Kaskade which features footage from the very last show of Identity2011, which ended right here in the northwest at the Gorge. I had a fantastic time at Identity – beautiful venue, peaceful loving united and respectful festival attendees, and an AMAZING lineup. I will never forget the experience that was Pretty Lights during sunset at the Gorge…
How about that snow! Check out these videos of last Thursday’s sledding party at Denny hill, complete with a DJ, LED hoopers, and lots of drunken sledding. In the course of the evening, I saw people sledding down on full size river rafts, air mattresses, bikes, skis, boards, a blow-up doll, and who else knows what! My ass still hurts from my trips down the hill on a shovel.
Thanks go out to LiveNLove, Michael Manahan, and CtrlAltDlt for providing the soundtrack to the evening. Damn Seattle when it snows, you hipsters know how to party!!!
Also, Seattleites don’t like SUVs! Way to win one small step in the war hipsters:

Check out Dada Life’s official video for their latest release “Kick Out The Epic Motherfucker” which features Seattle and FreakNight 2011! These guys really put on an amazing show at FreakNight when they opened for Tiesto, I was very impressed.
While it’s awesome that Dada featured Seattle in the video, I also really enjoyed the video for “Red Meat / White Noise” which features lots of bananas smushed into faces – check it out!
